Mobidys, a Nantes-based startup founded in 2016, makes reading accessible through its FROG technology: syllable segmentation, OpenDyslexic font, synchronized audio, contextual glossary and visual customization. These inclusive ebooks enable children with dyslexia to access the same books as their peers. The BibliOdyssée platform lists several hundred school and children’s titles, in partnership with publishers such as Nathan, Gallimard Jeunesse and Actes Sud. Schools benefit from tracking tools to adapt support. Mobidys works with cognitive science researchers, teachers and associations to continuously improve the solution and promote accessibility as a universal publishing standard.
Media programme to increase visibility for a high social-impact topic (reading accessibility) while maintaining precision and credibility. Strategic framing (messages, spokespersons and editorial calendar), then creation of execution tools (crisis Q&A, statistics pack, pitches, media coaching) and editorial deliverables (press releases and modular press kit). Activation on a qualified media list, followed by a continuity-oriented debrief.
Deliverables included 5 press releases and 1 modular press kit, complemented by 1 op-ed and 10 social posts, totalling 17 assets, supported by a crisis Q&A, a data pack, pitch templates and media training. Activation targeted 80 journalists and producers and generated 110 qualified pieces of coverage and 16 interviews or speaking opportunities, translating into 22 pieces of coverage per press release and a 14.5% interview-to-coverage ratio. Coverage per activated contact reached 137.5% (110 out of 80), reflecting multiple placements per contact. Coverage split: 77 online, 22 print and 11 broadcast; national 55, regional 17 and specialist 38. Performance tracking included qualified-media share (65%), key-message pull-through (55%) and spokesperson availability.
