Its algorithm recommends tours, skip-the-line tickets and original excursions based on interests, budget and season. The “Originals” label guarantees exclusive formats: early-access visits, small groups and expert guides. Local operators manage inventory and distribution via a SaaS back office, increasing revenue and service quality. GetYourGuide offsets carbon, limits group sizes at sensitive sites, includes accessibility information and supports heritage initiatives to make each trip memorable and more sustainable.
Immersive programme to make the promise 'Experiences worth travelling for' tangible by letting press and creators test and relay signature activities. Design and production of a press and creator experience with partners integrated via clear deliverables, workshop-based proof points, and on-site production with contingency handling. Capture designed for reuse across editorial and social channels, rapid recap delivery and consolidation of coverage and engagement with recommendations for repeatable formats.
Attendance reached about 255 participants from 446 invitations, with 290 RSVPs (65% RSVP rate) and a 12% no-show rate (255 present out of 290). Audience mix included 28 journalists (11.0%) and 50 creators (19.6%), totalling 78 press and creators (30.6%). Eight partners were integrated and four workshops and demos supported the narrative, averaging about 63.8 participants per workshop. The content kit delivered 76 photos, 30 short clips and 1 recap video, with an estimated 250 pieces of UGC and 7 post-event requests. Satisfaction scored 4.2/5 with an NPS of +40, tracked with RSVP rate, show rate, partner deliverables and content output.
