Programme designed to bring the theme 'From the heart to the hand' to life through an impeccable press experience where precision, pacing and hospitality are part of the message. Concept and production of a press showroom and presentation evening as a narrative journey, selection of a cultural partner and full operational steering (vendors, run-of-show, speaker moments, contingency handling). Craft demonstrations as proof points, fast content capture and recap delivery, then coverage analysis to inform subsequent activations.

Attendance reached about 107 guests from 170 invitations, with 119 RSVPs (70% RSVP rate) and a 10% no-show rate (107 present out of 119). Audience mix included 58 journalists (54.2%) and 16 creators (15.0%), totalling 74 press and creators (69.2%). Five demonstrations supported the story, averaging about 21 guests per demonstration. The content kit delivered 32 photos, 10 short clips and 1 recap video, with an estimated 80 pieces of UGC and 14 post-event requests. Satisfaction scored 4.4/5 with an NPS of +45, tracked with RSVP rate, show rate, content output and follow-up demand.
