Founded in Cambridge in 2013, Darktrace is a pioneer of self-learning cybersecurity. Its ActiveAI platform is inspired by the immune system: it models “normal” behavior, detects anomalies, and reacts in real time to neutralize internal or external threats across email, cloud, OT and networks. Its unsupervised algorithms analyze billions of events every day, reducing false positives. The Prevent, Detect, Respond and Heal modules cover the full cycle, integrated into an automated virtual SOC. With 9,000 customers and 150 patents, Darktrace promotes model transparency, GDPR compliance, diversity in cyber, and continuous training - helping organizations defend beyond traditional methods.
Narrative and media programme to establish a clear story around AI-driven cybersecurity and operational resilience in a highly competitive environment. Audit, spokesperson mapping and sensitive-topic analysis, then a message platform, editorial calendar and execution governance. Production of cadence tools (Q&A, statistics pack, pitches, media coaching) and content, followed by activation of a qualified media list and an action-oriented debrief.
Deliverables included 4 press releases, 1 modular press kit, 2 opinion pieces and 16 social posts, totalling 23 assets, supported by a crisis Q&A, data pack, pitch templates and media training. Activation targeted 188 journalists and producers and generated 107 qualified pieces of coverage and 14 interviews or speaking opportunities, translating into 26.8 pieces of coverage per press release and a 13.1% interview-to-coverage ratio. Coverage per activated contact reached 56.9% (107 out of 188). Coverage split: 75 online, 21 print and 11 broadcast; national 54, regional 16 and specialist 37. Performance tracking included qualified-media share (60%), key-message pull-through (50%) and issue-management readiness.
