A European pioneer in plant-based foods since 1980, Alpro develops and markets alternatives to dairy products (plant-based drinks, desserts, yogurt alternatives, etc.) made from soy, oats, almonds, coconut and other plant ingredients. The company emphasizes a “plants first” approach, product innovation, and sustainability commitments across its supply chains.

Launch programme designed to turn a product announcement into an experience for press, creators and partners while generating reusable content. Storyboarding a visitor journey (welcome, discovery, evidence, projection), selecting the venue and steering scenography for accessibility, sound comfort and strong visual output. On-site production and live ops with contingency handling, workshop-based proof points and a press corner to simplify access to quotes, numbers and visuals, followed by a post-event synthesis and recommendations.

Attendance reached about 205 participants from 358 invitations, with 233 RSVPs (65% RSVP rate) and a 12% no-show rate (205 present out of 233). Audience mix included 25 journalists (12.2%) and 39 creators (19.0%), totalling 64 press and creators (31.2%). Four workshops and demos supported the narrative, averaging about 51 participants per workshop. The content kit delivered 62 photos, 23 short clips and 1 recap video, with an estimated 195 pieces of UGC and 6 post-event requests. Satisfaction scored 4.2/5 with an NPS of +38, monitored with RSVP rate, show rate, workshop participation and content output.
