DoorDash is a last-mile technology and logistics platform that connects consumers, merchants (restaurants, grocery, retail) and delivery partners (“Dashers”). The company highlights a mission of supporting local economies by making nearby goods and services more accessible through on-demand delivery infrastructure.
DoorDash needed a single entry point for content, studies and resources to streamline relationships with the press, partners and the wider ecosystem. Over one year, Trois Actes designed a digital resource space - newsroom, media library, FAQ, documents - in the spirit of “Your Door to More”. The discovery phase relied on workshops and resulted in a complete specification: information architecture, access rules, governance, and compliance (GDPR, image rights, traceability). The solution includes a versioned pressroom, dedicated areas, a registration and invitations module, a media library, routed forms and an analytics dashboard. Three training sessions plus documentation ensured adoption. The platform targets around 484 internal and external users, with a press contact designed for outlets such as Le Figaro Économie, BFM Business, Usine Nouvelle or La Tribune, and performance monitoring to evolve the tool continuously.
