Founded in Tallinn in 2013, Bolt develops one of Europe’s fastest-growing mobility super-apps. It combines ride-hailing, e-scooters and e-bikes, car sharing, food delivery (Bolt Food) and grocery delivery (Bolt Market) across more than 500 cities in 45 countries. Its proprietary algorithm balances demand and supply in real time across 3.5 million drivers and couriers, reducing wait times and increasing partner earnings. Bolt invests heavily in fleet electrification, road safety and the roll-out of low-emission zones. Its mission is to create cities for people, not cars. The company targets carbon neutrality by 2030, supports solar-charging projects, and runs micro-entrepreneurship programs to promote social and economic inclusion.
With Bolt, the challenge was highly operational: support launches across multiple cities, respond quickly to press and partner requests, while avoiding asset sprawl and version confusion. Trois Actes structured a year-long resource platform combining invitation management, a press area and a partner kit. Cross-functional workshops helped define the architecture, access rules and editorial governance. The user experience was designed as a short journey: grab a visual, consult a key message, request an interview, register for an event. The solution includes a structured pressroom, a partner area, an invitation registration and management module, a media library, routed forms and analytics tracking, with integrations to limit re-entry. Security was strengthened (permissions, logs, control of downloads). Trois Actes supported migration, compliance and team training. The platform targets around 333 internal and external users, with a press entry point designed for outlets such as Challenges, Maddyness, Les Echos, L’Usine Digitale or 01net, and an ongoing maintenance framework to continuously improve what is most consulted.
